MISSION STATEMENT
At ARS we believe in the uniqueness, worth, cultural integrity, and right to human dignity for every person. It is our mission to provide vocational, rehabilitation, and other services by which individuals with disabilities can achieve their highest potential for self-worth and independent living.

OVERVIEW:
In addition to our "Business Services", our program provides vocational rehabilitation and a variety of support services for adults age 18 and older who have developmental, emotional and/or physical disabilities who live in Los Angeles County. ARS also advocates for the rights of disabled and limited English speaking people. Our services are provided in a manner that is especially sensitive to the cultural and linguistic needs of Asian/Pacific and Spanish speaking people who have disabilities.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUMMARY:
ARS is a non-profit, 501 (c)3, organization which is partially supported by funds from the county and State Department of Rehabilitation and workshop fees by providing cost effective services to business. ARS utilizes private and corporate support through donations and grants.
